FROM OUR DEAREST PD-TUTOR-MDM JAMILAH!!

Please relay these important messages to your classmates.

1) during OP exam, the bell will ring at 4min 30 sec. Once the 5 min is up, the bell will ring twice. So dont be alarmed. If your group intend to practice before the exam, do practice this timing.

2) All must submit their I&R on the day of the OP exam. Representative of each group to collect their members I&R and file them in their GPF ( purple colour file). No need to look for me to sign the I&R. I will sign later. Group leaders are to bring the files to rm 1322 immediately at the end of the OP exam session.

3) Group leaders are to ensure that the approved GPP(group project proposal) should be filed in the GPF before submission to the PW Comm.

4) All must bring their IC/ bus pass and entry proof on the day of the exam. Dont forget your name tag too.

5) All need to be properly attired. If any member of the group is not well. pls inform the assessors early.

6) those in the morning slot, pls report to the OP exam venue at 7.30. Report at 12 noon for those scheduled in the afternoon.
